Little Leaps Club ("we," "us," or "our") operates littleleapsclub.com and the Little Leaps Club membership. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Little Leaps Club is a service for parents and caregivers. It is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All accounts, email signups, and payments are made by adults. Activity content is delivered to parents, who lead the activities with their children — children do not use the service directly. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@littleleapsclub.com and we will delete it.
To provide the membership and deliver daily activities; to send you emails you signed up for (waitlist updates, welcome sequences, member emails); to process payments and manage subscriptions; to operate the member community; and to improve the service.
We share information only with the service providers that make Little Leaps Club work:
Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We only publish photos of families (including children) on our website or social media with the explicit written consent of the parent or guardian. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the photo promptly.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. You can cancel or pause your membership anytime from your account settings. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@littleleapsclub.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and for material changes we'll notify members by email.
