Little Leaps Club is a subscription membership that provides daily movement activity content for parents and caregivers of children ages 1–4, delivered through our member platform (hosted on Mighty Networks), along with a parent community, printable resources, and related content.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or purchase a membership. Accounts belong to the parent or caregiver, not the child.
You can cancel or pause anytime from your account settings — no calls, no forms. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, but if something's gone wrong, email us at hello@littleleapsclub.com and we'll make it right.
Membership content (videos, activity write-ups, printables, coaching videos) is for your personal, non-commercial use with your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it, or use it to run classes or paid programs, without our written permission.
Our member community is a supportive space for parents. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful; don't post photos of other people's children without their parent's consent; don't spam or solicit. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to display it within the community. We will never use a photo of your family in marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
All activities require active adult supervision at all times. The service provides general educational content, not medical, therapeutic, or individualized professional advice. See our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your child and your space, and for consulting your pediatrician with any concerns about your child's health or development.
The Little Leaps Club name, logo, content, and materials are our property. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and, for material changes, notify members by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
